They did a fantastic job cleaning my apartment and were also very open to any comments I had about areas that needed to be deep cleaned. I will definitely continue using this service. Update: I fell asleep during a morning cleaning, and they left before cleaning my bedroom and bathroom. When I woke up a few minutes after they left and called to see if they could come back and finish up, they were back within 10 minutes and completed the cleaning. Again, a fantastic service.

So grateful to Sonia, Cindy, and Maurice of Molly Maids. My sister is battling cancer, and too weak to do housework. I've never hired a housekeeper, and didn't know what to expect. I explained to Maurice the situation and asked if he could send someone to clean the bathrooms, kitchen, and floors. He sent over two ladies who did an amazing job. They cleaned, deodorized, and were so kind to my ailing sister. My sister texted me right after they left to say her house was so clean, and it made her feel mentally better

It was a wonderful experience working with Molly Maid wonderful crew as always. The ladies were very polite and communicated with me about all aspects of the cleaning of the house to make sure that it would be done correctly. They were on time and the cleaning was done on time. Their work was professionally done with high quality and I am going to continue working with this wonderful company.

I have been using Molly Maids it seems like forever around Marin and Petaluma areas since the 90's. To me it seems in some areas the Molly Maid service is better then others. I think the best so far is the Molly Maid outfit for San Rafael. I have been in San Rafael for 4 years now in an apartment for one of those and a house for the rest. I have them come after 11AM every other week to clean. For what it's worth, I think 3 ladies and spending a max of an hour is pretty worth it on my 3 bedroom house. Our house is not that dirty or cluttered, but it's nice not to clean the kitchen that we cook heavily in every night (besides the obvious of cleaning dishes and putting away food items). They also dust our dusty black furniture and make our rooms smell clean instead of like a vacuum or harsh cleaner smells. They also make your bed whether it is just not made or you need clean sheets/duvet put on. Those extra touches are what makes me feel excited to come home to. To accommodate others in affordability, you can ask them to spend x amount of time in your house doing rooms you specify or you can tell them not to do rooms that you know don't really need cleaning saving you money. I go with the hour and have them not clean rooms I know don't need to be cleaned and switch up the rooms every so often by putting sticky notes on the doors of the rooms I don't need cleaned. My husbands brother and his wife use an individual house cleaner that does a fantastic job, but takes all day to do it. I rather have an hour of cleaning that is satisfying to come home to then having someone be in my house all day who may bring other unknown people in to your home and is not backed by a company or has insurance to cover accidents. The ladies are very professional and their teams are run well.
