Initially, I was about 80% satisfied after the first cleaning because some tough stains remained on the bathroom faucets and drains, and a few spots on the doors were missed. However, when I called them to discuss these issues, they promptly sent their cleaning staff back to address everything at no additional charge. When I checked their work again, everything was spotless and completely clean. Their professionalism in handling my concerns was truly impressive. I highly recommend Molly Maid and would definitely use their service again!
