I couldn’t be happier with the home cleaning service I received from start to finish both these ladies were professional and incredibly thorough. The bathrooms were spotless. What really stood out was they were friendly and genuine. I felt like they treated my home as if it were their own. Really nice ladies as always and they really did a stellar job of mopping the floors. —————-—————-—————- Update on 10/18/2024: as always the maids did an incredible job. 5/5 stars. We usually have the same ladies visit our home and they are always so kind and respectful of our home. The quality of the clean is superb and they are quick. Very nice ladies. No complaints with Molly Maid or the maids we usually have. I love that we usually have the same maids.

They have been reliable and dependable. It is so wonderful to walk in and have everything clean and orderly. They bring a bit of peace to our fast paced demanding schedules! They text a reminder (to both of us) that they are coming. If we text back with specific questions or instructions for that clean, they acknowledge and reply. My husband is in law; it was important to us to find a professional company that is bonded and insured to work in our home to reduce the personal liability risk. (Most people don’t realize the risk of personal liability they take on inviting someone “independent” to work in their home). We live in a litigious society. Molly Maids pricing was very affordable and is well worth the cleaning and liability they take on. Their team is professionally trained and report any incidents immediately. They have process and procedures in place. Believe me, my husband is picky. We fully vetted them. When we were getting bids, the owners of Molly Maids took their time to come out personally to see our home and get to know our expectations, and chose a team that would pair well for us. There is no long term contract to sign, we can stop at anytime, but why would we? No way!! We have been so pleased. It feels like I come home to a model home. I just had to share!

So I reached out to Molly Maid. Myka was professional and pleasant. She understood my needs and restrictions. The next week TEAM 6 CAROL & YESMI pulled up after I received my 30 minute heads up test. These ladies blew me away with the detail to cleaning. Carol did a post walk through and I could not be happy. I will definitely have Molly Maids back in my home.
