Their team was professional, friendly, and worked efficiently to make my home feel fresh and comfortable again. It was such a relief to have the support I needed during a time when I couldn’t manage it on my own. They focused on the details and cleaned all the areas I had missed. In particular, the bathroom looks spotless, with every corner and surface thoroughly scrubbed and shining. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and the difference is noticeable in every room. I’m so grateful for their help and the peace of mind they’ve given me.

Days later after the initial service I have yet to see any dust or dirt left behind- even under chairs and sofas and on high shelves! Additionally I was very impressed and at ease with the behind the scenes staff (scheduling receptionist and the initial estimator) who were extremely pleasant, friendly, accessible and communicated very well. The price is very fair considering the excellent level and speed of work. Very happy with our service and will be continuing to use Molly Maid for the foreseeable future.
