Friendly, efficient and thorough. They systematically clean from top to bottom. I had a fiberglass shower that I thought was irreprably stained. I had washed and scrubbed it many times with different cleaners with no luck. Today all that mold and mildew is gone and its beautifuly white. They are happy to incorporate and customize my cleaning regimen doing some of the things that are now more difficult for me to handle. Oven and stove top cleaning, toliets, sinks and showers, blinds, etc. You name it and they will take care of it. I love getting this regular periodic deep cleaning to augment my day to day efforts. Very happy with the service. I have a large house and contract for 2 hours of a 2 person team each time.

Ahhhhhhh…… I just love coming home on the day Molly Maid has been here, like today. It's every two weeks that I get the phone call and/or email to expect them the next day, and I always look forward to it. I have to admit that initially, I thought having a house cleaning service was something for lazy people, perhaps a bit on the gluttonous side – for people who hate to clean, or for people who have money to burn. While we are none of the above, my husband and I had the discussion a while back about having someone help us out with the house. We both work long hours, we have a dog who tracks things in from outside and sheds fur all over despite our best efforts, and although we sweep, vacuum, brush, wipe away, sanitize, Roomba, etc., etc….We still found that keeping up with the household duties was soaking up every last minute we could otherwise spend together. Step in, Molly Maid. See previous review. Since then, things have just gotten better and better. Paul and his staff are so responsive to any problems or special circumstances that have arisen on our side that it's remarkable – For example, we tore apart our kitchen in a DIY project that has subsequently taken us months to complete due to unexpected out-of-country travel and busy schedules, yet they have worked around our chaos without question. And, what about our sweet but rambunctious 110 lb Labrador, Moose? No problem. They have him wait in a bedroom while they clean, and then let him out when they go….even leaving me a note on my dining room table telling me how sweet he is. Really??? Incredible, unbeatable, personalized service. I have never ever been disappointed with the job they have done. On occasion, I have swung by the house when the girls are here and they were so nice, and so hardworking… They asked me to clarify things they saw on my file to make sure that they did everything as we had asked. We honestly couldn't ask for better than what we have received. Prices have remained reasonable, we get email reminders about our cleans and very quick responses to any emails we have sent, and we feel like we are on a first name basis with Paul, the owner. It is clear that his heart is in this business. At first, I felt as though this service was a luxury, but given the value and the quality, I would say it is more of a Godsend. You will never regret choosing to free up your life, nor will you ever breathe better in your spotless home, than you will if you choose Molly Maid. Highly, highly recommend.
