Clara and Susana from team 24 are very consistent. I can trust them to do a good job every visit and don't need to check up on them. They don't take short cuts. Very happy with their cleaning. I also want to mention that the office/phone staff is very efficient and pleasant to deal with. If for any reason, there's a problem with a cleaning visit the office staff addresses it quickly. Their customer service is excellent. Molly Maid has not raised prices in quite some time. That's really hard to do in this economy. But I get the impression that the employees are treated fairly and that's important to me as well.
