I am very satisfied with the service. I needed spring cleaning with continued service every 2 weeks. They did a great job and paid attention to details to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. It is definitely worth it to have the ongoing scheduled cleaning by professionals. Highly recommend!

I love Molly Maid! Catalina and Hilda have been cleaning our home regularly for over a year now, and they do such a great job! We live in a home built in the 1920s, and it gets very dusty very quickly, and Catalina and Hilda always make our home look brand new and SO clean whenever they come. Also, my dogs absolutely love them, which is an added plus!

WOW! We just had a team of cleaning tornadoes tear through our home and help us clean and ready for Thanksgiving this week! Team#13 — Tiby and Karla worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Their team approach allowed them to clean thoroughly. Tiby and Karla were conscientious and asked if there were other areas to address during their time here. If you need an extra to power through your cleaning, may I suggest Molly Maid? Rock stars! Thank you very much.

My husband and I moved to Dallas six months ago and Molly Maid is the third cleaning service we’ve tried. We are very pleased with the quality of the cleaning, the professionalism of the company as well as the customer service. We had a little bit of a hiccup and immediately management called me and smoothed everything out. Team number 7, Anita and Elvira, did a fantastic job. I am pretty picky and they passed all my “checks” ie Actually moving items on the counters/shelves and cleaning underneath them instead of just around like the two other companies did. Laura, who is their team lead, stopped by after the cleaning and inspected the entire house to ensure everything was up to the test. She even crouched down and looked underneath the rim of the toilet seat – now that is what I call commitment to quality! Molly Maid is pricer than the other services but in my opinion it is worth it. Quality clean with quality products and great customer service. Count me IN!

Update 10/10/22: I had to discontinue their monthly service a couple of years ago due to budget constraints but just restarted it. Alexandria and Delvalle (Team 3) did a FABULOUS job, and I am beyond satisfied with their work. I guess even I missed a few things that their supervisor noticed when she did her walk-through, which they corrected on the spot. But I was so amazed with the other work they did that I didn't even notice the smaller details. I cannot express how grateful I am to have wonderful women come into my home and actually be excited to clean and really be proud of their work. I'm hoping that both Alex and Delvalle can come back on a regular basis! I enjoyed their work and their company! This was the first time having my house cleaned by a professional service, and I am very grateful, appreciative, and pleased of the job that Rosemery and Claudia did. They came in ready to go, cleaned everything that was outlined in the quote, and did a fantastic job from top to bottom. The toilet paper and paper towels were folded on the ends like you find in hotels! (I know that's not really cleaning, but it does show the level of details ON TOP OF the fantastic cleaning!) But I should also say that I was very impressed with the home visit Maya did before we even scheduled anything. I loved the fact that she came to my house, we walked everything and talked about what I wanted cleaned and what could be skipped, and then she customized the quote. Most other services I checked into did online quotes based on square footage and number of rooms, and they were so expense I was afraid I would be unable to afford this. When Maya showed me her quote after we walked the house, I signed up on the spot! It really was that much less than most other services. But the quality is still there. I cannot express how happy I am that I will enjoy a clean house tonight and for days to come, thanks to Rosemary and Claudia!

Very professional from the time I talked to them over the phone to the time they came to give me an estimate and when they came out to clean my house. Very professional and hard working. My daughter and I kept say my the house looks so clean and smells good. Thank you Team #9 (Mercy, Gladys, and Rosmery) Great job! Keep up the good work

Miriam & Ruth did a great job cleaning our house. We’re prepping for our first born so having them deep clean our house was one less thing we had to stress about. Definitely signing up for reoccurring cleanings. Thank you Molly Maid!

I used Molly the Maid for the first time, on 5/22/25 my home was cleaned by Juana and Miriam and they did a wonderful job. I was very pleased with the service. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their home professionally cleaned. Will be setting up another appointment for a cleaning in a few weeks.

Juana and Cindy were great! I did a move-out clean. They were timely and left my apartment cleaner than when I first moved in. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Second time having Molly maid clean my place. Norma and Gladys did a wonderful job cleaning my apartment. My stove is covered with very heavy scraps and they made it so clean as a brand new one. Same for bath tub and toilet. Will definitely rebook Molly maid.
