Team 7 did an awesome job on my house. They cleaned in areas that my last cleaning company never touched. I’m happy to be a new Molly Maid customer!

I would recommend this company to everyone… they do an excellent job, always call 3 days before to remind you and give you a 2 hour window of when the will be there! then they call you the day of service to remind you and tell you exactly what time they will be there.. I have talked to the owner David and he is very professional. never once had a problem. A+ service.. I also have 3 large inside dogs and they have never once had a problem with them. keep up the great work maids!!!! 5 star service for sure William M. Bedford Tx

My team of ladies are very friendly! It is fun when they come over to clean. I enjoy their company. They clean my house too! They take the cushions off the couch and clean inside. They shake out my rugs outside. They even make sure not to leave shoe footprints on the freshly mopped floors. They take care of me.

This is a no mess around group of people who take their job seriously and get to it immediately! They are thorough and do better work than any group in my 85 years of cleaning and having my houses cleaned. They made the 80 year old hardwood floors look new. Had I been doing this cleaning it would not have been nearly as well done.

They did a fantastic job cleaning everything! The floors look great. Very pleasant experience.

Molly Maids had inconsistency in their cleaning crew, BUT YOU HAVE TO ENSURE THAT YOU LET THEM KNOW WHAT YOU EXPECT AND HOW YOU CLEAN THE HOUSE SO THAT THEY CLEAN THE HOUSE LIKE YOU WANT THEM TO. Molly Maids has Quality Control as well, of which you should take advantage of and FLOR is AMAZING! FLOR came and walked the house while the girls were cleaning and she explained how I wanted it cleaned and stepped in and helped and got the house cleaned just like what I was expecting it to be cleaned like. FLOR IS A 5 Star Quality Control Employee with Molly Maids!!! Thank you Flor, the house looks and smells amazing.

I love Molly Maid! Catalina and Hilda have been cleaning our home regularly for over a year now, and they do such a great job! We live in a home built in the 1920s, and it gets very dusty very quickly, and Catalina and Hilda always make our home look brand new and SO clean whenever they come. Also, my dogs absolutely love them, which is an added plus!

Fantastic and generally timely service. Very thorough in rooms and kitchen cleaning. Usually done well less than two hours.

I recently made the switch to Molly Maids after being locked in a contract for over a year with another major maid service (and not being notified when my contract was about to expire and got stuck in it for another 30 days). The owner was really patient and thorough when he came and did my initial estimate of my home. Afterward, I told him I'd reach out after I finished my contract, and he worked with me on revising my estimate after my living areas were rearranged. The initial cleaning was really good. I felt like I just moved into my place! Juana and Isabel (#7) was basically in and out, and you could tell the difference. The QA manager came right when they were walking out the door to inspect and make sure I was satisfied. I've had about 3-4 cleanings now, and I am in love! I also like that I don't have to worry about being locked into a contract and the standards being much higher from my previous company. The customer service is great, and I am so thankful for them!
