They were great! I was worried about them being ok with my cats in the house and they were great, no issues at all. They cleaned everything…I mean everything. The office managers were very professional and were able to work me into the schedule quickly; understanding my needs. I can't wait to utilize their services on a regular basis going forward!

I have used this company for several years. My husband & I have demanding careers, so I have utilized cleaning services on a biweekly basis for the past 16 years. Most experiences with other companies such as Merry Maids, were not pleasant. Our first meeting with Molly Maids was with the owner of the franchise. He was professional, & very in-tune with customer service. He gave us the name of the office managers, but also encouraged us to call him directly & without hesitation if problems were not resolved. Well, in several years, our experience with this company has been so positive that we have never had to call the owner directly. The women who clean our home are wonderful. They not only clean our home well, but also are just nice people to be around. Any minor problems that have come up, were taken care of promptly by the office managers. They are also great. There is no doubt that this is a well run company/branch. We can't say enough about the N. Aurora Molly Maids organization. We do not say this lightly because we have a lot of experience with other cleaning companies in this area. This has been our best experience in 16 years, and has lasted consistently for the past several years.

They are all they say and more. My house looked like a model home after they were done.

Team 13 cleans my house every other Wed. and they never disappoint me. Susanna always makes sure I am satisfied and have no complaints. Its always nice to come home to a sparkling clean house. If you have never had Molly Maids clean your house you should give them a try. They can do in a few hours what would take me all day.

After our HOA realized we were receiving subpar cleaning services, we made the decision to contract with Molly Maid, and the improvement in service quality was immediate. The onboarding process was straightforward, the management team was responsive to our needs, and the results have truly spoken for themselves. Although we’ve only been with Molly Maid for a short time, I’m optimistic about the positive changes we’ve seen from the very beginning.
