Overall this company does good work. They always send a team of 2 people to clean your house and do a fairly thorough job. I have had them clean my house 4 times now and am satisfied with their work. If you find something they missed they will come back out and clean it for you. They always confirm a cleaning the day before so you know they are coming.The one gripe I have about them is that they generally don't give you a time frame that they will show up. All you know is they they will show up sometime during the day. I never let people have access to my house without me being there so it makes it hard to plan my day around them.

The 2 person crew was on time for the window (actually a bit early), and worked until everything was finished. They properly charged for the time which was 2hr 20min for my 2 br/2 ba condo. Most issues were cleared; I think a cobweb or 2 in the ceiling escaped the duster but it was way better than when it started, and all of the surfaces they advertized were covered. I feel like the management vs the actual workers were 2 different entities, but the ones doing the work were professional and did everything I needed. I am in the process of selling my condo, and it was clean enough to receive an offer the first day on the market. So, the job was done successfully.
