I used Molly Maid – North Raleigh for many years. I had the route 3 team. They were wonderful. Very kind ladies, always did a thorough and neat job. They showed up on time, were friendly, cleaned well and finished up quickly. They were trustworthy, so you didn't need to be there – they were a real help to me, especially when my kid was small or I had to travel for work. I really appreciated this service. I only had to stop because i moved out of the area, but otherwise I would stay with them and I would definitely recommend them.

I’ve used MM for a while now and every time they are done I’m more pleased than the last time and I’ve never been disappointed. All the teams that have come to our house have been wonderful. Friendly and professional. They don’t dilly-daddle. They arrive, I discuss our needs for this visit and they get to work. This last visit, after my husband went to his office he sent me a photo of the placement of blankets and pillows in his office couch. So I decided to walk around and snap a few pix myself. Obviously this is all fluff so I want to comment that they definitely clean our house as we prefer: sanitize and wipe down surfaces floors carpets etc. this extra fluff is for aesthetics and fun. I absolutely love dealing with the office staff – I can call or text. I very much appreciate the flexibility of scheduling when it works for our schedule. I give them a 11 out of 10.
