Today was our first day of Molly Maid service and I can not be more pleased! Team #5 Norma L and Elvira did a fantastic job. I hope they will be our regular team. The attention to detail and professionalism were totally amazing. I highly recommend Molly Maids!!!!

WOW!!! Just WOW!!! For some reason, our cleaning person of 22 years has started to flake out on us and not show up. This week she did it again, right when I needed her most (company coming for the weekend). Molly Maid worked me in at the last minute and totally saved me. I'd never used a service like this before, and I am impressed beyond belief! These people were just spectacular. My house is spotless and they were moving! In and out in less than two hours and they did the highest quality clean. I'll be signing up for the long-term soon. Team 911 – Ana and Mendoza – THANK YOU!!!!!

I hired MM to come do a "party clean" at my 3 bed 1 bath house. MM sent team #9, Mercy and Gladys, and my life is forever changed. You see, there were three things that were making me spiral out of control and they were dust, dog hair and spider webs. Well apparently Mercy and Gladys took lessons and became top tier destroyers of those three things! They came into my home and in two hours they removed all that hoped to defeat me! Mercy and Gladys are the epitome of the phrase, "Not all heroes wear capes". Now, not all creatures are fans of Team #9; there have been spider protests outside my home… let 'em protest! Mercy and Gladys will take them on any day! When Team #9 left, my house sparkled! Thank y'all so much! I am preparing my 2024 budget and I can assure you that regular visits by these heroes will be planned in said budget. Technicals: I live in an 1100 SQF 3 bed, 1 bath house. I did not include a deep clean (inside oven nor fridge) nor any laundry or bed changes. This was a surface clean only. They were here for two hours, worked swiftly and were very pleasant. I feel the price I paid was on point and would recommend 10/10

Team #13 cleaned my house on October 13th. Tiby and Diane did an excellent job and asked if I was on a monthly schedule. I told them no it was every two weeks. They were surprised because they found so many things wrong. Soap dishes in shower had not been cleaned, mold in shower had not been removed, both toilets had not been cleaned properly, areas in utility room with spider webs, not all areas dusted. They also asked me if there were cleaning products that I had that I would like used. None of the other cleaners had ever asked me that. My husband and I were very impressed with their professionalism and they are the best team we have had since we started using your service in November of 2020. I would give them a 5 rating on every category. We have requested team #13 be our regular cleaning team but have not heard back to see if we can get on their schedule every two weeks any day. The next day Team 7, Anita & Elvira, came by while I was at work and transformed my home, it truly has never been cleaner I will certainly be using this service again & again, highly recommend!
