I recently started with moly Maid prior to a back operation. The thorough cleaning they did to start was superior. Every baseboard, fan blade, and venetian blind got dusted. The bathrooms got a thorough gong-over. The kitchen sparkled. I couldn't say enough about how hard the ladies work. In the three plays hours they were here, they never stopped. Our hardwood floors were dusted and shined with Bona products. Now they come every two weeks and keep things shining. I look forward to seeing them knowing that all will be presentable. During the recent hurricane and when I have had doctor's appointments that causes me to re-schedule the Maids, the office has been very cooperative.

We can NEVER go back to cleaning ourselves! They throw away my old flowers, our cats love them, they clean off every bottle on the bar, everything is vacuumed and sparkling, we love coming home Tuesday after work to see the house so clean! With two cats it was so hard to stay on top of the hair/dust. MollyMaids almost makes us feel like we don’t have cats! These maids are hard working and consistent! The attention to detail is impeccable!

We have had Molly Maid clean our house once or twice a year, as a treat or before guests arrive. They are always so friendly and kind, and leave the house spotless. The most recent time they came, they found my mothers missing ring with high sentimental value that we had looked everywhere for. They left it in a visible place and my mother was ecstatic. Very efficient service and friendly staff. Prices are competitive for the DMV. They performed a move out service and made the entire house look brand new, including the bathrooms & showers. Will definitely use them again in the future!

I have been using Molly Maid continually for 18 years and couldn't be happier with the service. My contact for years was Janet but for at least the last 10 years it has been Steve and they have both been great. They have two person teams clean the house and from time to time over the years I have not been happy with one of the teams and they switch me to another team immediately. The reason I usually switch is that some of the teams are better at putting things back where they were in the bath and kitchen than others. It may sound like a small thing but I don't want to have to reorganize my house every time it's cleaned. As I said, they have always switched me to a better crew whenever I asked. I have recommended them to my friends many times and they have all been happy. I'm not sure why all the low reviews about the broken stuff. In 18 years they broke one candle stick and I didn't even call about it, I think I would have broken a lot more stuff in 18 years if I was cleaning the place myself. They usually take 1.5 to 2 hours to do my 3 level townhouse and it's always a great job. I recommend them highly.
