Cheri and Shannon are fantastic! We’ve had a great experience overall with this cleaning service. The two women who regularly come to clean our home are absolutely wonderful—friendly, personable, and incredibly hardworking. They’re always pleasant to have in our home and clearly take pride in what they do. The only downside we’ve noticed is with the company itself regarding scheduling and time. When we were initially quoted, the scope of work sounded more comprehensive than what seems feasible in the time actually allotted during each visit. It often feels like there just isn’t enough time given to fully deliver on everything that was promised. That said, we truly appreciate the effort and care from Cheri annd Shannon and hope the company can better align expectations with the time scheduled.

I have used them for many years. They are always prompt and do a good, thorough job. My interaction with them was very pleasant, whatever I ask them to do they will do. The work they do turns out very well. It is a national company so you get what you pay for. They are licensed, bonded and all of that.

Simply the best! Always thorough in their cleanings, on time, great communication, excellent customer service. Also very fair prices!

We used a different cleaning service before we found Molly Maid, and I really wish I found them sooner! Molly Maid exceeded my expectations from the very first time they cleaned my house. The quality of the cleans was consistently great. The cleaning ladies were always pleasant and professional. Recently we had them do a move-out clean for our house and they did an excellent job as well. I was impressed how fast they deep-cleaned the house. I appreciate the cleaning service that Molly Maid provides. I had my right hip replaced six years ago and vacuuming and mopping floors are difficult for me to do. Yesterday, the team was twins Ashley and Abby, and they were marvelous! Glad to have found Molly Maid! The Molly Maid gals (Summer and Jillian) today (5/28/21) and also did a fine job! Nice to have folks in the house who are pleasant and friendly! Excellent job once again!

They are a great team and even love on my cat when they are at my house. I've had other teams, but these two are the best. I know I'm getting a great thorough clean when they come.
