From start to finish this is a team of professionals! I tried multiple times to get someone in to provide an estimate on whole house cleaning, with no luck and no return calls. Molly Maids of Reno/Sparks not only answered the phone, they were in great communication throughout the entire estimating and contracting processes. I had my first house cleaning a few weeks ago and the team that showed up were professional, polite, and did a superior job! Mara came to do the inspection and provided the estimate. She returned calls promptly and answered all my questions. She called to give me a heads up on when the cleaning team would be arriving and checked in after the initial visit to ensure all services were performed to my satisfaction.
