Phenomenal. Absolutely top shelf, above and beyond. This was a move-in cleaning of a 1959, 2000-square foot house in Lady Lake. I couldn't move in because it had not been cleaned in decades! Literally, thick grime and cobwebs, etc. The team lead, Jen had one speed - supersonic. She clearly took pride in her skill and results. She scrubbed and sterilized the kitchen, all cabinets inside and out, appliances, counters, and floors. Amazing. Toby was on the 2 bathrooms, a true professional having trained in her families rental business. Working with pumice, sheer strength and willpower, she rejuvenated the tub, sink and toilet. I could not have imagined they could clean up so well! Christina was in the LR, two bedrooms and paneled library doing a through job with removing years of dust from the ceiling fans, scrubbing windowsills, baseboards and washing the Terrazzo floors. Norma, from the office came in at the end and helped wrap up the morning. I would never have believed such professionals, going above and beyond with great energy and good spirits could make such a difference in my new home in just 3 hours. I have utilized cleaning services for over 20 years. The staff at Sumpter Molly Maid are phenomenal. Along with consistently providing excellent cleaning, they are extremely respectful of personal items that can not be replaced. Due to medical issues, I have occasionally been in bed while the services were being performed. EVERYONE was so sweet and accommodating to my situation. I typically speak with Lisa or Norma at the office, both are able to assist with any services needed!
