I have been using Molly Maid for since my sons were born. That's well over 10-15 years (with a small break). The cleaning teams are respectful, diligent, conscientious, and provide a superior service. Genesis and Maria B. are our current team. They arrive with a smile, do an amazing job, and I so look forward to them coming each month. They do an outstanding job and would highly recommend them to anyone. Just so you know, depending on the schedule, an extra person may be added to the team is the workload is increased for a particular day. The office team is great. They worked with me on a schedule that worked for my family. I can reach them by phone or email when we need to make updates to our scheduled cleanings. They work with us on a scheduled time that meets our needs. Reminder calls and emails are sent, and I ma contacted when we need to make adjustments to the schedule for holidays. The cost is reasonable and the office team works with you on the best schedule to meet your budget.

I have used Molly Maids for a number of years now and have always found their work to be of a very high standard. The team are always pleasant and polite and take great care of my home. On one occasion when I had a flood in my laundry room while they were there, they went above and beyond anything I could have expected and mopped the mess up quickly and efficiently, saving the water from penetrating to the basement below. They helped me find the way to turn the water off and by doing so saved us a lot of damage.They then went on and finished cleaning the house as usual! I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Molly maid of Northern Lake County has been doing our home cleaning since I think 2004… They are all wonderful and do fantastic work. Everything is clean and organized. We look forward to their arrival every month. When I have company from out of town coming or something like that I always ask them to do an additional cleaning and bed changes and never ever had a problem. They answer their phones and respond to emails in a very timely manner. Julie and Dan have always been great and same with everyone else. We love the fact that the same team comes because they know where everything is. They are super trustworthy. I have referred them to several friends and family members and I will continue to do so. Thank you for all you do for us!

MOVING DAY AND SO MUCH TO THINK ABOUT, I HAD TO FORGET SOMETHING, AND IT WAS TO TELL MOLLY MAIDS HOW TO GET INTO MY HOUSE! THEY TRIED CALLING (PHONES WEREN'T WORKING YET), LEFT A NOTE, AND TRIED COMING BACK AN HOUR LATER. WHEN THE MOVERS AND I ARRIVED, I CALLED AND BEGGED THEM TO RETURN ONCE AGAIN. THEY DID, ABOUT 45 MINUTES LATER! THEY CHEERFULLY CLEANED AROUND ME, BOXES, THE 5 MOVERS AND 2 CATS, AND LASTLY DID THE FLOORS ONCE THE MOVE WAS COMPLETED. THEY MISSED A FEW SPOTS, BUT GIVEN THE TREMENDOUS ACCUMULATION OF DUST AND THEIR SUPER COOPERATIVENESS, I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THEM. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE PRICE. I DON'T KNOW IF THEY CHARGE THE SAME FOR A REGULAR HOUSE CLEANING, BUT 2 WOMEN FOR $68/HOUR SEEMS STEEP. FOR THIS REASON, I PROBABLY WON'T USE THEM AGAIN. I DID GET A $10 ANGIE'S LIST DISCOUNT.

I have had the same two women clean my house for about the last eight years. They are very kind and thorough. I had a health issue for many years and they always inquired about my health and my family. You don’t get that often in today’s society.

I am compelled to write a review for Carol and the staff here. I live in California and was looking for someone to clean our family cottage in McHenry. Not only did they find staff to go out last minute, they dealt with a dirty seasonal cottage making it look the best it has in years!! Several hiccups and yet each call was as pleasant as the first. Thank you ladies!!
