  • My husband and I had to move into his mother’s house after she passed back in January. It’s been so hard getting rid of her things, and throwing things away. I’ve never really had an issue keeping up my house but my husband and I were making a much bigger mess then actually getting everything done. We had 3 houses all mixed together. My husband’s grandmother passed a few years ago. His grandfather’s things were here, all his mother’s things and we had of course bring stuff from our house. It was a mess. We didn’t have it in us to throw their things away and our depression and grief were keeping us from really keeping up with our house. Especially the back where his mom always stayed and were family gatherings were held. Yesterday I woke up and I prayed. I really thought Yesterday was the day that I bagged up everything and throw it away and clean really good. The house hasn’t been deeped clean in at least 5 years I’ve been with my husband probably close to 8. His mom never had time to clean she worked 12 to 18 hr shifts as a nurse and taking care of her dad who was really sick. She had my husband and I do some things here and there but she was independent and I have been sick the last 5 years and we had babies. Anyways Yesterday I finally thought I was going to get it done. I prayed and put on worship music and texted my best friends momma “Pray for me, imma clean out the back house. It’s so hard doing this.” I started to clean here and there. Then the feelings of sadness and grief and just overwhelming emotions went over me. I’ve mentioned a cleaning Crew a couple times to my husband but he thought we could get it done. Well while crying I looked up cleaning services. The first one didn’t answer, the second one did. It was Molly Maid. I started crying while on the phone with her. I felt defeated. I’m a stay at home mom. I should of been able to do this. Gabby or Gabriella, I forgot which was so nice and polite. They came out and determined they would need another team. They bagged everything up and my husband took it out for them. I didn’t realize how much we really had to do. They worked hard for hours. They did a wonderful job. It was the best decision we could of made. We have never seen it so organized and clean. Especially the 5 years we’ve been together. My children have a den to play in now. We are going to clean up our utility room and storage room and call them again to deep clean those rooms. We even talked about doing a monthly service with them. The workers were so polite and helpful. Thank yall very much. You have no idea how much you have helped my family. You’ve given us the fresh start that we desperately needed. THANK YOU MOLLY MAID!!!!

  • LOVE our crew every other week. Would never let any other ladies clean our home. They are so nice and do a great job. I do miss the toilet cleaner smell though (blue I think) I could always walk in the back door and smell it. We haven’t smelled it in the last two times they have cleaned. Maybe you guys have discontinued it ?? thanks!
