  • I’ve been using them for the last 3 months and have been very happy with Team 5 (Lety & Maria)! Key takeaways: – The scouting team comes in to assess the size of the home (rooms, areas) – Quote is dependent on recurring schedule (every 2, 3, 4 weeks etc.) – Initial visit is more expensive and takes the longest (about 4 hours) since it was a deep clean. – Following visits just build on maintaining that cleanliness and they know the ins and outs by this point so are shorter visits. – These visits also are at the quoted recurring amount originally agreed with the scouting team. I was hesitant at first, but the value you get and the time you get back from having to do the cleaning is great. I would say anyone on the fence to give it a try at least a few months, but only if it works for your time, schedule and budget.

  • **UPDATED 2 TIMES** **SEE UPDATES BELOW** I encourage you all to read this review only because of the way the owner of the company was able to turn a 2 star review into a 5 star review. **Initial Review** After reading all the glowing reviews I must have gotten the ‘B’ team. I had team 11 Selene and Rose. They did decent cleaning for the most part except the bathtub. Granted the tub was pretty dirty, they did a very sub par job on it, after they left I sprayed a little OTC cleaner and let it sit for a few minutes and gave the spot a quick scrub and that spot was noticeably cleaner and as I started looking is was still very dirty up the sides to where there was a visible line where the shower curtain stopped. I took a picture and talked to the Molly Maids rep on the phone, whomever was very nice and accommodating. I sent them the picture and they agreed that the tub was dirty and needed redone. The following day they sent back out one of the 2 gals from the first time and she was accompanied by an older lady. They showed up with no cleaning products and asked to use mine, I thought it was strange (and unprofessional) they didn’t have their own but whatever. After the younger one spent 5 or so minutes cleaning the tub looked better but still could see the spot I cleaned (with the same cleaner they used), I pointed out the spot and she was like “ok well I guess I will tell the office it is still dirty.” I called and left a message with the office and never received a call back. I don’t think this deserves one star due to the over all job and customer service but they could have done way better. Update #1: The owner of Molly Maids, a gentleman named Shahid contacted me directly regarding this review. After our conversation he brought his findings to me and I recalled my experience to him. I discovered that #1 i was more than likely mistaken that they did not bring their own cleaning supplies (were probably in the bucket they were carrying) and #2 They use 100% green cleaning products that are more than likely less powerful than the OTC cleaner that I let the ladies use, they also did not use a brush like I used, they used a rag. After all that was hashed out he wants me to be 100% satisfied with my service and he agreed to personally come to my apartment with a cleaning person and trainer to make 100% sure that the job is completed to my satisfaction. Will update review again after that takes place. Adding 2 more stars just because I have not been wowed by that level of honesty, passion, and dedication to his business and employees for an extremely long time. Just the fact that he takes the time to acknowledge every single review says a lot. Other small businesses in the world could learn a lot from Shahid on how to run a business and treat employees and customers. Final Update: Shahid, the owner of Molly Maid of Plano is truly a man of his word. Even though I didn’t make it easy to schedule a time to meet with him and his office manager Martin (traveling for work, and to visit sick family member). Over 2 weeks after Shahid initially contacted me to make it right, he was still willing to take the time to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Martin and Shahid came to my apartment and my bath tub was re-cleaned and it is spotless, I am beyond 100% satisfied. I have to admit that the customer service I received from Molly Maid of Plano was so good that I began to feel almost guilty that they went to all this trouble over 1 star and 1 bathtub. I would give 1000 stars without hesitation if it was an option. I would recommend Molly Maids of Plano to ANYONE in need of house cleaning service. As long as Shahid is the owner, if you are dissatisfied with the service and he doesn’t do everything he can to make it right….I will pay to have your house cleaned.
