    Molly Maid came out to service a room a my mother’s apartment. My brother unfortunately is not well and the room was horrendous. We could not handle the cleaning alone however Team 4 – Jenn and Bree were kind and they cleaned the room without judgement and put my mother at ease.     I hired Molly Maid due to having a total knee replacement. They came in and asked what I needed from their service. I explained my situation and showed them around. The next week they came out and cleaned exactly what I had showed them, to a "T". Every week after that I was scheduled for a cleaning. I was called prior to their arrival and when they arrived, they jumped right on in. There was on person that stood out to me. I thought she was their supervisor, but she was also cleaning. She made sure they knew what was required and needed. The entire crew was great. Sometime different people would show up. Alexis was the person that I thought was the Supervisor. She ensured that they knew what to do. They were all polite and courteous at all times, even when I asked questions.
